A Story in Port Townsend

A very short walk from our motel we discovered this lake and park with walking trails. The early morning sun was perfect for reflections and Blarney looks as tiny as he really is.

At a market in Port Angeles we couldn't resist this photo. It was made to order for Blarney. If we hadn't already eaten I would have had a hot dog.

Leaving Him Behind

Our friends Wayne and Minna felt sorry for us because we left Blarney behind on a two night trip to Granville Island. This stuffy was on our bed.

Blarne's First Christmas

It was exhausting. Constant playing with his buddy Tazo, unending attention from his humans, numerous walks and forays into the yard, food smells that tantalized but seldom resulted in a taste, this was Blarney's first Christmas. Any wonder that he collapsed into a deep slumber by early evening and didn't move again until ten hours later.

The ladies took him on a scavenger hunt as a full fledged team member with celebrity status. He had to appear in all their photos to reap the points. His was the winning team. To say he was proud might be overstating his interest, but there was no doubt he got caught up in the excitement.

The New Age Santa

Blarney couldn't resist playing with the Santa hats. We couldn't resist dressing him up for a photo. Best Santa I ever saw!
